General Terms

2.1 Registration Terms

• It is the user's responsibility to keep account login information (password) confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

698bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be required for verification:

• A recent selfie with photo
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

698bd reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Age Limit and Eligibility

To use any service on 698bd, you must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory condition of our platform.

3.1 Age Limit

• Providing false information about age is a serious violation and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.4 Transaction Errors

If any error or discrepancy is noticed in a transaction, our support team must be informed within 48 hours. The relevant transaction may be suspended during investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

698bd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses have specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10 times the total amount of the deposit and bonus.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Each registered account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• If a withdrawal is requested after accepting a bonus and the wagering has not been completed, the bonus amount will be cancelled.

• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless stated separately.

5.3 VIP and Loyalty Program

698bd's VIP program has five tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

You can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers based on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform. Separate benefits and terms apply to each tier.

Gaming Rules

Certain general rules must be followed when playing games on the 698bd platform. These rules ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all players.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• 698bd operates on a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined through a technically neutral process.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed in the game lobby. Betting limits may vary according to VIP tier. As part of responsible gaming, you can set your own deposit, bet, and loss limits.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or technical issue, 698bd will generally restore the last saved state. However, 698bd will not be held responsible if this is not possible due to technical complications.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 698bd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of the balance.

Account Suspension

• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Long-term inactivity of the account.
• Account closure at the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Steps Following Suspension

If an account is suspended, the relevant user will be notified by email and will have the opportunity to appeal. If no evidence of a violation is found after investigation, the account will be reactivated.
